Add the gin, vermouth, and campari in equal parts to an old-fashioned glass. Add a handful of ice, stir well, garnish with the orange peel and enjoy!

Why We Like It

If you have any friends in the service industry, your Facebook and Instagram feeds may have been filled with images of the bright Negroni cocktail this week. That’s because it’s Negroni Week, a celebration of one of the world’s great classic cocktails as well as an effort to raise money for charitable causes around the world. All week, bars mix up any variation on the Negroni they’d like, then donate a portion of the proceeds to a charity of their choice.

The Negroni in its simplest form is quite easy: one part gin, one part sweet vermouth, and one part Campari. Participate in Negroni Week yourself by mixing up this classic take on the cocktail, then consider donating a few bucks to a cause close to your heart.
