Why We Like It

The Sazerac is a New Orleans legend, and it might be the original American cocktail. You should know how to make it, and you should try one today if you’ve never done so. The recipe has changed a million times over the years, and it was originally made with cognac, but most bartenders prepare a Sazerac with rye these days, and that’s how we like it.
