Why We Like It

Winter has few redeeming factors, especially after the holidays have come and gone. But one of the season’s saving graces is citrus fruit. Lemons, little bursts of citrus sunshine, are available all year long, but seem to be especially abundant during the coldest months. And one of the best classic cocktails featuring lemon is the Tom Collins, a gin-based drink. This Tom Collins is a little stronger than the typical recipe (which calls for less alcohol) but we need some way to stay warm, right? Tom Collins will keep you warm.
