How to Make It
Add the white, golden, and dark rum to a cocktail shaker with the lime juice, pineapple juice, and powdered sugar. Add a handful of ice, shake, and strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Top off with the 151-proof rum garnish and try to enjoy.
Why We Like It
The Zombie is made with not one, not two, not three, but four types of rum — including the highly flammable 151-proof. Some people like to set this drink on fire after topping it off with the 151, but I say it doesn’t need to be any more incendiary than it already is.
