Brothers Rahul and Birju Sinroja hail from India, where they first developed their love for motorcycles in a country better known for its low-power, utilitarian, transportation-focused motorbikes. Fast forward to 2015, and the two brothers, residing in England now, launched Sinroja Motorcycles with the intention to produce bespoke, one-of-a-kind bikes. Turns out, it was a pretty good idea.
The overall look is that of a modern street racer with vintage styling and wide tires.
For proof, just look at the Sinroja R3, the brothers’ third custom bike, and one that’s built on the frame of a 1993 BMW R100. The brothers got to work retooling the engine and upgraded it with performance parts to boost output. Custom shocks were installed for a smooth ride, and performance breaks for stopping on a dime. Brushed stainless steel dual exhaust pipes run under the seat for a unique look. And that seat shows off some handsome custom leatherwork along with an aggressive, forward-leaning stance.
Over the next few months and dozens of customizations later, from wiring and lighting down to the machined alloy fuel cap, the Sinroja R3 took shape. The final product is a mean-looking bike, but it gets some friendly treatment courtesy of a powder blue tank. And the overall look is that of a modern street racer with vintage styling and wide tires. So it’s a refreshing change of pace from what you see on the road every day.
By the looks of things, the Sinroja brothers know what they’re doing. And with three custom builds under their belts, each one more beautiful than the last, they likely won’t be hurting for business.
Note: This bike was built for a customer, so it’s not for sale. But people wanting a custom bike of their own can contact the shop to get started. From there, prices vary depending on what type of build you want.
