BMW Motorrad designer Julian Weber really broke the mold with his spin on the 2-Valve Monolever. Only 10 Diamond Atelier BMW Mark II Series Motorcycles exist in the world, and they’re likely not all the same.
Equipped with either an 800 or 1,000cc engine, this aggressive, low-slung café racer is available in three stages, which determine its equipment and modification levels but not its general appearance. Stage 1 offers a modified original 41mm BMW fork, refurbished original rear shock, powder coated original wheels, street tires and 285mm BMW brake discs. Stage 2 boasts the same fork, rear shock and brake discs, plus custom-built spoke wheels and semi-slick tires. And Stage 3 takes it to the next level with a supersport upside-down fork, CNC-machined triple clamps, Wilbers high-performance rear shock (custom-built for the rider’s weight), custom-built spoke wheels, semi-slick tires and 320mm aftermarket brake discs.
Prices range from about $23,875-$30,131 USD. Choose your own color or let Diamond Atelier let you know what suits you best so you can be sure to impress a lady—even if you can’t actually fit her on the back.
