Ramen noodles are a college staple. They’re cheap, easy to make, but often devoid of flavor, sadly.  Chef Noriyuki Sugie of Ironnori Concepts shared an easy ramen recipe with Made Man for spicy ramen noodle.

“I think every college student can relate to Ramen as a late-night ‘cramming before finals’ dorm room staple,” Chef Nori said. “But if you’re trying to impress that cute girl in Room 6A with a more gourmet version of Ramen, all you need are a few easy store-brought ingredients to create a wholesome and MSG-free dish that will surely knock her off her feet.”

The chef’s “Ramen Bull” series will be running at BREADBAR West Third in Los Angeles every Monday through Saturday from 5-10 pm through September 30.

Here is the chef’s easy ramen noodle recipe.
