If you’re going to surf the urban waves, there’s no more soulful way we’ve seen to do it than on the Flowlab Skateboard. It’s got 7 differently angled wheels on each end arranged in an arc which allows you to steer your board by tipping and flexing it, thus changing the wheel (and direction) it points. It’s based on a lot of the same geometric principles that parabolic skis are, and it looks completely incredible and loads of fun.

The curvature of the arcs housing the wheels allows you to tip the Flowlab board over to an astonishing 45 degree angle where most traditional skateboards only allow for about 25 degrees.
