For The Momosa, all you need is some freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice (the red ones are much sweeter than the yellow ones), champagne or prosecco (the cheap stuff will do since you’re mixing it), and Aperol, an orange aperitif. It’s sweet enough for Mom — and might even become her new favorite drink when you tell her you created it just for her — but not too sweet to sip all afternoon.

The Momosa

2 ounces* freshly-squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
½ ounce Aperol
2 ounces champagne or prosecco
