We’re not just sitting up on a panel giving our opinions when we’ve never done it ourselves. You also get the bantering and bickering we have because all the coaches are trying to outdo each other. And we’ve got so many different genres, not just the commercially viable ones. It’s really about taking it back to the heart of the music and being moved by it.
