Mila Kunis joins up with longtime employer Seth MacFarlane again, this time for a live-action comedy alongside Mark Wahlberg and a talking teddy bear. Ted finds Kunis playing love interest to Wahlberg in a story penned by McFarlane, who gave Kunis one of her first gigs as the voice of Meg Griffin on Fox’s Family Guy. Got all that? Good. Now look at the pretty pictures.
Kunis and her family immigrated to the United States from Ukraine when she was seven.
They lived in Los Angles, where she started taking acting classes a couple years later.
Her first role was a small part in an episode of the long-running soap opera Days of Our Lives.
In 1998 she was cast in That ’70s show, despite having to fudge her age to get the role. Those auditioning were required to be 18, but Kunis was only 14 at the time. After the producers found out, they decided she was still the best fit for the role and kept her on.
Her breakout film role came in 2008 with a part in the Judd Apatow-produced comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
Kunis dated actor Macaulay Culkin for eight years.
A self-declared computer nerd, Kunis has said that she’s big a fan of World of Warcraft. Cool. Wanna raid some time?
