Sueshiro Sanno has taken the elegant form of the road bike, stripped it of its cold, aluminium soul, and injected it with the warmth and glow of rich mahogany. We’ve never seen anything quite like it. His design firm, SANOMAGIC, took three years to create these mahogany wonders. Reaching back October of 2007 when he created his first wooden bike, he’s been remaking and refining that design adding wooden rims, hollow handlebars, and his characteristic wavy frame. Check out the bikes, arranged chronologically, below.
