The weekend is on its way, and there’s always a chance you will find yourself at some sort of gathering between the breakfast and lunch hours. This time around, why not progress past the mimosa with a little help from Clover Club owner Julie Reiner? Her Summer Brunch Negroni is a fruity, refreshing mix perfect for sipping in some sort of porch, deck or cabana situation when the sun is shining and you have not a care. As Negroni Week comes to a close, watch her craft it and learn a couple tips for making your own soirées impressive and stress-free in the video below.

Summer Brunch Negroni
½ oz. Strawberry-Infused Campari
½ oz. Strawberry-Infused Aperol
1 oz. Cinzano Bianco Vermouth
1 oz. Gin

Stir all ingredients together until well chilled and strain over one large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist and a slice of strawberry.
