As the end of Negroni Week approaches, it’s time to think about the weekend. A Three Day Weekend, even, if Death & Company’s Jillian Vose has anything to say about it. That’s the name of the cocktail she’s developed, and it’s ready to party thanks to Campari, fruit flavors and a little Wild Turkey 101. The head bartender at the East Village’s craft cocktail mecca also has some advice for stocking your home bar. Check out her tips and recipe below.

Three Day Weekend
¾ oz. Cacao Nib-Infused Campari
2 oz. Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz. Ginger Syrup
Raspberries for muddling

Muddle raspberries in a shaker and combine ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain over large ice cube and garnish with a lemon or orange peel.
