There are 22 bars aboard the ship, including those at the nine specialty dining options. We can proudly admit that, in six days, we tried 14 of them. One of our favorites was Michael’s Genuine Pub—the first American gastro pub at sea… we’re so American. From a finely curated menu of specialty cocktails, wines and spirits and homegrown craft beers, we opted for the pub’s signature Cabarete, an ambrosial, fresh blend of cheek-puckering ingredients from Michael’s bartender, Indra from Surabaya, Indonesia, who somewhat doubled as a magician.

¾ oz Aperol
¼ oz St. Germain
2 oz Fresh Watermelon
1 oz Sparkling Wine
2 oz Soda
1 Orange Slice
Add each ingredient separately over ice. Finish it with an orange bitter and enjoy!
