By the end of the week, especially if you’ve had a big Thursday night, you might be feeling rather sluggish. That’s where Leo Robitschek, bar director for Eleven Madison Park in the NoMad Hotel comes in. His Jitney Negroni, featuring coffee-infused Sweet Vermouth, will help you rally for the weekend. Robitschek also has a quick tip about prep work, as you’ll see in the video below.

Jitney Negroni
¾ oz. Campari
½ oz. Coffee-Infused Noilly Prat
½ oz. Cinzano Bianco Vermouth
¾ oz. Mezcal
2 Dashes Pernod Absinthe

Stir all ingredients together until well chilled and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
