  3. MGM Grand Hotel and Casino The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is another Strip hotel and casino and is actually the second biggest hotel in the world. The MGM Grand has 30 floors and includes rivers, outdoor pools and waterfalls over a 6.6 acre area. Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino This casino replaced the Hacienda which was imploded in December 1996.  The opening of the Mandalay Bay featured a parade of Harley Davidson’s and actors Jim Belushi, Dan Aykroyd and John Goodman.
