They don’t have any problem openly flirting with you, but sometimes you might need a little help reading those flirting signals.

  1. Eye contact. Do you ever notice her oogling at you on a regular basis? Sometimes she might put her head down with a little smirk on her face to pretend like she’s a little embarrassed. There may be other times when you catch her gaze and she stares at you with a seductive look on her face before turning away; you couldn’t miss that flirting signal.

  2. Body language. So you're walking by and she casually strokes her leg--she is signaling you to pay attention so she can flirt with you. Maybe she walks by and accidentally drops something (or so you think), but before she walks off, she gives you a quick little smile that’s a sign your surely can’t miss.

  3. Physical connection. When you are speaking with your female co-worker about work or anything in general, does she makes it a habit of touching you? She may put her hand on your hand, arm or shoulder. It could possibly be a friendly jester, but there is a good chance she is trying to flirt with you.

  4. Special attention. Do you notice how your co-worker goes out of her way to do nice things for you?
