To make spaghetti squash Florentine you will need:

  • 3 squash
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • some mozzarella and parmesan cheese
  1. On a stove top, heat the squash in water until softened. 
  2. Cut the squash into half before cooking in microwave for four minutes.

To make spicy tuna you will need:

  • 1/2 tbsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. black pepper
  • Pinch of fennel
  • 1 tsps. coriander
  • 1/3 pound tuna
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Roast white pepper, black pepper, fennel, and coriander for fifteen minutes.  
  3. Mix these spices with cumin and process them with a blender.  
  4. Marinate the tuna with the spices and pan sear it until fully cooked.

To make South Beach diet Mongolian beef you will need:

  • 1 pound beef
  • 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
  • 1/2 tbsp. teritaki sauce
  • 1 tsps. vinegar
  • some red pepper flakes
  1. Marinate the beef with cornstarch, teriyaki sauce, vinegar and red pepper flakes. Let sit overnight.
