These 10 tips for getting over her after a break up will help you move on from your last relationship.  Depending on how long you were together, it can be difficult to do, but it is possible to move past the pain and see other people.  Don't think that you will never be able to move on but you can these simple steps will help you process the loss of your relationship with her and go on and be able to heal from your loss. 

  1. Accepting the relationship has come to an end can be the hardest step to do.  True, you might have been together for what seemed like forever, but it's important to let it go.  Chances are if she is the one that ended the relationship then she is already in the process of letting you go also. 
  2. Talking about the relationship and how it ended with either a good friend of a close family member will help to alleviate any stress you might be feeling about the end of the relationship. If you're not lucky enough to have a friend to confide in, then turn to writing it out on paper.  Amazingly, when you do this, it will help you release the stress. 
  3. Finding away to love yourself now is going to sound weird but its necessary to heal.  Many people take an hold onto that pain and use it to make themselves feel worse.  Love yourself treat yourself to things you would normally never do. 
  4. Although the person that did this to you is moving on, it's important if you can still love the ex as a friend.  Admittedly, this person brought you a lot of pain, but this person also shared a lot of you life with you. This might take some time do, but it is worth trying. 
  5. The sooner you realize that it will take time for you to heal from this, the better.  Don't rush into trying to move on.  
  6. Enjoy being single for this time in your life.  Some people will not be able to do this but the best thing for you to do.  Learning to be by yourself once again is crucial to being able to love yourself again also . 
  7. If you're the kind of person that turns to books for inspiration, then perhaps some inspirational books about relationships or a book centered in coping exercises will help you out. 
  8. Escaping from the norm is another way to do get over her.  If you have been putting off going somewhere that you would have never thought of then now is the time.  Travel will create a buffer for you and offer you the opportunity to think outside your local surroundings. 
  9. Get a rebound girl. Someone that you can hang out with and just be able to forget about everything that you have just been through can be of great help. 
  10. Remove all traces of her from your home.  It's petty, but it might actually save your sanity. 

These tips for getting over her will help you move on and begin to heal.  Things are always darkest before they are brighter remember that life will go on.  If finding a rebound is what will make your life so much easier, then that is something that you might want to think of doing.
