2 player shooting games allow gamers to pair up and blast their way across the many campaigns and harsh landscapes to survive throughout. Gamers enjoy the two player shooting genre as the weapons are varied as well as the enemies that try to take out the hero. The mounting odds make two player game play necessary as the environments may only allow so few chances to reload and ammo and health may be a scarce commodity in every level. Shooting games test players' gunning skills as the difficult battles await in every turn as they go deeper into the story. Two player shooting games are some of the most popular titles out in the market as the action comes fast and furious with near endless entertainment.

  1. "Borderlands." This popular hybrid takes the best elements of shooting and role playing to create a violent, skill-based actioner to gamers delight. The Berserker, Hunter, Siren and Soldier are fortune hunters that seek the mythical Vault in the planet of Pandora. Two players can venture together to gain experience as well as share in the wealth and weapons to blast away the bandits and creatures which stand in their way.
  2. "Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles." The classic zombie blasting franchise goes to the shooting game genre as the sequels 0, 1, 2 and 3 explore the events of the corrupt Umbrella Corporation. Gamers play famous characters like Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine and Albert Wesker as they blast their way through the zombie horde and uncover the mysteries of the Raccoon City outbreak and beyond. Two players will enjoy revisiting the "Resident Evil" games in a whole new light.
  3. "Halo." Bungie Games created the world's most famous shooting game as Master Chief going up against the aliens who threaten the human race. The most popular and engaging experience of the game wasn't the story campaign but the multiplayer frag style combinations within. Players whether online or head to head can enjoy the sci fi shooting fun for hours on end.
  4. "House of the Dead: Overkill." A B-movie, grindhouse inspired prequel to SEGA's "House of the Dead" franchise pits the mysterious agent known as G who teams up with Agent Washington against a zombie infestation in Louisiana. Two players can choose either agent and team up to uncover the conspiracy of the mutation outbreak in the small town. The action is fast and the jokes come faster as this shooting game delivers on the buckets of blood and tons of bullets.
