  • One can cream of mushroom soup
  • One egg
  • One 1lb block Colby cheese ( half diced and other half sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine drained broccoli, mushroom soup, chopped onion, salt, pepper, egg and diced cheese in large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Pour into baking dish and add sliced cheese on top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until cheese starts to brown.

 

Baked Beans

Ingredients:

  • Two cans Bushes baked beans
  • Two green Peppers chopped
  • One onion chopped
  • One lb hamburger (cooked and drained)
  • Four slices bacon
  1. Combine baked beans, chopped onion, green peppers, hamburger in large bowl, mix well.
  2. Place in baking dishes and spread bacon across beans.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

 

Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (cooked and mashed)
  • One onion chopped
  • Three boiled eggs
  • Mayo
  • Mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In large mixing bowl combine potatoes, onion, salt and pepper, eggs.
  2. Add two teaspoons Mayo and mustard, mix well.

 

Deviled eggs

Ingredients:

  • One dozen eggs boiled and peeled
  • Relish
  • Mustard
  • One teaspoon vinegar
  1. Slice boiled eggs and place yellow part in mixing bowl.
  2. Combine two teaspoons relish and one teaspoon mustard and vinegar in mixing bowl.
  3. Stir well and place one teaspoon of the mixture in each split egg.
  4. Chill before serving.

 

Mixed vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Two cans mixed vegetables
  1. In bowl, place mixed vegetables.
  2. Heat and serve.
