Deviled Eggs

To make this Easter appetizer recipe you will need:   

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • pinch of paprika
  1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan of water, on the stove. It will take the eggs about ten minutes in the boiling water to harden. Drain the water and let the eggs cool.
  2. Peel the outer shells off the eggs and then cut the eggs in half.
  3. Place the yolks of the eggs in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and mustard.  Mix together. 
  4. Spoon the mixture back into each egg half. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.

Rabbit Chow 

To make the second of the five Easter appetizer recipes you will need:

  • 1 stick of oleo
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 6 cups of Rice Chex
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  1. Melt the oleo and chips in small saucepan on stove.  Add the peanut butter when melted.
  2. Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex and make sure all of it is covered.
  3. Put powdered sugar on the the chex mix, shake, and serve.

Veggie Platter 

To make this Easter appetizer recipe you will need:

  • 1-2 cups of baby carrots
  • 1-2  of celery sticks
  • 1-2 cups of chopped cauliflower
  • 1-2 cups of sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup of ranch or veggie dip
  1. Make sure each vegetable is bite size, easy to handle, and dip.
  2. Arrange each vegetable in it's own place on the platter.
  3. Place ranch or veggie dip in the center of veggies and serve.

 Garlic Cheese Egg

To make this Easter appetizer recipe you will need:

  • 2 pounds of Velveeta cheese
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Miracle Whip
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and form into eggs.
  2. Chill the eggs and serve with crackers.  Sprinkle with paprika if desired.

Gooey Garden Pizza Dip

To make the last of the 5 Easter appetizer recipes you will need:

  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 can of sliced black olives
  1.  In a bowl, combine all of the cheeses, pepperoni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and mayonnaise.
  2. Spread into a pie plate coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle the tomatoes and black olives on top.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until edges are bubbly and top is golden brown. 
  5. Serve with crackers or place inside tortilla shells.
