These easy aerobic exercise routines for men can help keep you in shape without having to hit the gym or the weights on a daily basis. After all, who has time to commit to a workout routine like that? Lucky for you, we decided to do some leg work and set you up with a list of easy exercise routines for men. Now all you have to do is get out of bed in the morning and speed through one of these routines in order to look your best day in and day out. What could be more convenient than that?

  1. Go running. Whether on the treadmill or around the block, running provides an excellent source of aerobic exercise and helps tone the leg muscles as well. Add a few push ups to your cool down after the run and you will find that this is one of the most effective and easy aerobic exercise routines for men on the planet.

  2. Jump rope and sit ups. Combining these two workouts makes for a pretty easy exercise routine for men that you can get done almost anywhere, any time. This makes it a cinch to fit in during lunch at the office, next to your bed in the morning or in the living room before bed. A couple sets of 50 jumps with the rope followed by a set or two of twenty sit ups can make a big difference in your physique.

  3. Play basketball. Believe it or not, basketball can be just as good an aerobic exercise as any other as long as you make sure you stay on the court throughout the course of an hour or so. Playing basketball with the guys a couple times a week should help keep you fit and trim and will even help you shed a few pounds if you need to.

  4. Hit the weights. Most people wouldn’t think of weightlifting as aerobics, but the truth is that it’s an easy exercise routine for men. It provides the heart with plenty of blood and really makes the muscles throughout the body work hard, too.

  5. Get to dancing. Let’s face it, when you’re home alone and you have the music cranked, it’s hard to resist the opportunity to boogie down to your heart’s content. And dancing usually results in a pumping heart, which makes this not only a fun, but easy aerobic exercise routine for men (and women). Turn on a few of your favorite high impact hits and get your grove on.
