1. Easy Christmas Bread With Herbs Recipe

  • 1 French loaf bread
  • 6 tsp. butter
  • 4 tsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tsp. fresh basil, finely chopped
  • pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Cut the French loaf bread along its length into two halves.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low-medium heat.
  4. Add the herbs and stir well.
  5. Spread this mixture on each bread slice.
  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet, bake for ten minutes, and serve immediately.

2. Easy Christmas Cheddar Cheese recipe

  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper 
  1. Saute the garlic with the olive oil in a small saucepan.
  2. Transfer the garlic mixture into a casserole baking dish.
  3. Add half of the cheddar cheese into the casserole  baking dish. Mix well with the garlic.
  4. Combine the eggs, flour, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper in another container, until well mixed.
  5. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the casserole.
  6. Add the rest of the cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake, uncovered,for half hour. Serve hot.

3. Easy Christmas Recipe for Chicken Breasts With Pineapple

  • 8 boned, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 4 tbs. wine vinegar
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  1. Combine the syrup from the pineapple cans with the honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and vinegar in a large container.
  2. Add the chicken breasts, cover, and marinate two hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Drain and save the liquid.
  4. Heat 1 tbs. of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet, turning each side until both sides are golden. Add butter as you need it.
  6. Add the cornstarch to the pineapple liquid, and heat it in a saucepan until thick.
  7. Pour the pineapple mixture over the chicken breasts, cover, and cook over low heat for about fifteen minutes.
  8. Add the chunks of pineapple,and cook for five more minutes. Serve immediately.

4. Easy Christmas Pecan Chowder Recipe

  • 2 cups pecans, finely ground
  • 3 cups half-and-half
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 tbs. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 2 tbs. soy sauce
  1. Saute the onion in a skillet over medium-low heat, until transparent.
  2. Add the vegetable or chicken broth, and cook for five minutes.
  3. Dissolve the cornstarch with a little water in a cup.
  4. Pour it into the hot broth, mixing as you pour.
  5. Add the pecans, soy sauce, and nutmeg.
  6. Simmer for ten minutes.
  7. Pour in the half-and-half,and cook ten more minutes. Serve hot.

5. Easy Christmas Coconut Flan Recipe

  • 3 oz. freshly grated or canned coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup half-and half
  • 1 tbs. cornstarch
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1½ cups milk
  • pinch of salt 
  1. Save 3 tbs. of milk, and heat the rest in a saucepan with the sugar, over low heat.
  2. Beat the egg yolks in a small container, and pour them into the milk, stirring well.
  3. Dissolve the cornstarch with the 3 tbs. of milk, and add it into the egg and milk mixture.
  4. Add the half-and half,the pinch of salt, and cook until thick.
  5. Transfer this thick milk mixture into a baking pan.
  6. Beat the egg whites in a mixing bowl until stiff, and add in the confectioners sugar, little by little, while beating.
  7. Add the grated coconut and the vanilla extract into the mixing bowl.
  8. Top the milk mixture in the baking pan with the egg white meringue.
  9. Bake at 325 F for 25 or 30 minutes.
  10. Let it cool,and then refrigerate.
  11. Serve it cold or at room temperature.
