- 1 ¼ cups beer (let beer stand one hour to “flatten”)
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 2 tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated

- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 eggs, separated yolk from white
- 1 tbs. parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except the egg whites. Mix well

- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size cubes

- ¼ cup mayonnaise

- 2 bags (12 oz. each) frozen broccoli, cooked
- lemon pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine the chicken soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a small container. Mix well.
- Place the pieces of chicken in a greased baking dish.
- Add the cooked broccoli.

- Pour in the milk, corn, and melted margarine, mixing well.
- Fill the tomato shells with this mixture, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake them at 350 F for 40-50 minutes, or until tops are slightly brown.
- Garnish with parsley and cheese.

Ingredients:
- 2 boxes (1 oz.) banana pudding
- 4 large bananas, cut in half long ways
- 4 cups milk
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon

- 1 cup walnuts, grated
