Having a special Father’s Day at home in the company of your family couldn’t be easier when trying these 5 easy Father’s Day dinner recipes. The combination of the ingredients in each recipe offers a unique taste at any celebration. Besides, cooking a Father’s Day dinner with family creates a singular environment.     

 Easy Father’s Day Beer Battered Vegetables Dinner Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cups beer (let beer stand one hour to “flatten”)
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 2 tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 eggs, separated yolk from white
  • 1 tbs. parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • oil for deep frying vegetables, such as broccoli and cauliflower florets, baby carrots, slices of zucchini , green pepper, onions, etc.
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except the egg whites. Mix well
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff, and add them to the batter.
  3. Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
  4. Dip the vegetables into the batter.
  5. Deep fry vegetables in the skillet until golden, and place them on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot.

 Easy Father’s Day Shrimp and Apple Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. shrimp, deveined
  • 2 large apples
  • ½ cup walnuts, halved
  • 1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms
  • 2 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 3 hard eggs, sliced

 Dressing Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs.  mayonnaise
  •  4 tbs. olive oil
  • 2 tbs. mustard
  • 2 tbs. vinegar
  • 2 tbs. celery, minced
  • pepper
  1. Place salad ingredients in a large salad bowl, and toss well.
  2. Combine the dressing ingredients in a container, and mix well.
  3. Pour salad dressing over salad. 

Easy Father’s Day Chicken Casserole With Broccoli and Cheese Dinner Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into  bite size cubes
  • 2 cans (12 oz. each) cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ cups Cheddar cheese
  • 2 bags (12 oz. each) frozen broccoli, cooked
  • lemon pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine the chicken soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a small container. Mix well.
  3. Place the pieces of chicken in a greased baking dish.
  4. Add the cooked broccoli.
  5. Spread the chicken soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli. 
  6. Add lemon pepper to taste and the cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.

 Easy Father’s Day Stuffed Tomatoes With Corn Cream Dinner Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 firm, medium size tomatoes
  • 1 cup canned corn kernels
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tbs. flour
  • 1 tbs. baking powder
  • 1 tbs. margarine, melted
  • 1 tbs. fresh parsley
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cut off the tops of the tomatoes, and scoop out the pulp and seeds. Save the pulp.
  3. Beat the egg in a medium-sized container, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and the tomato pulp.
  4. Pour in the milk, corn, and melted margarine, mixing well.
  5. Fill the tomato shells with this mixture, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake them  at 350 F for 40-50 minutes, or until tops are slightly brown.
  7. Garnish with parsley and cheese.
  8. Serve hot.

 Easy Father’s Day Banana Cream Pudding Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes (1 oz.) banana pudding
  • 4 large bananas, cut in half long ways
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup walnuts, grated
  1. Prepare the banana pudding, according to the instructions on the box.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, and combine well.
  3. Pour part of the pudding into a baking pan, add some pieces of bananas, and cover with more pudding.
  4. Continue making layers until reaching the top.
  5. Sprinkle with the grated walnuts, and chill.
