Ingredients:
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp. of garlic powder
- 1 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley
- Place the butter, cream and cheese in a saucepan. Cook the cheese mixture on low heat until the cheese is melted. Mix well.
- Add in the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir well and add in the milk slowly as needed to thin the sauce.

Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Fettuccini pasta
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper

In a large skillet melt the butter and add in the shrimp. Cook the shrimp for one minute and add in the garlic, cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Stir constantly until smooth and hot. Do not let the sauce boil, but the sauce should be thoroughly heated and thick.

Low Fat Fettuccini Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Fettuccini pasta
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 oz. Fontina cheese, cubed
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In a large skillet, add in the milk, butter, Fontina cheese, garlic powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese. Add the drained pasta and mix slightly.
