Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 2 thin slices of red onion
  • 2 slices of rye bread
  1. Fry the bacon until crisp. Set aside on a paper towel to drain.
  2. Saute the onion in the bacon grease until caramelized.
  3. Assemble your sandwich by putting the bacon, onion and cheese between the two slices of bread.
  4. Butter the outside of the sandwich, and grill in a skillet over medium heat.

Ingredients:

  • One Italian roll
  • 1 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese
