Caprese

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 ball fresh mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  1. Prep your kitchen. Slice the tomatoes mozzarella.
  2. Arrange the caprese. Layer the mozzarella on top of the tomato, one slice per each slice of tomato. Top each with one basil leaf. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Strawberry and Feta

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Crumbled feta
  • Stawberries
  1. Prep your kitchen. Wash and chop the Romaine. Mine the garlic. Slice the strawberries.
  2. Mix the dressing. Mix everything but the lettuce, feta, and strawberries until combined.
  3. Toss in the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve.

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Prep your kitchen. Wash and chop the Romaine. Mince the garlic.

  • 3 apples

  1. Prep your kitchen. Chop the celery and the walnuts. Cube the apples.
  2. Mix the dressing. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sugar.

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can cranberry sauce with whole berries
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 carton whipped topping
  1. Mix the condensed milk and lemon juice. Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, and pecans. Fold in whipped topping.
  2. Freeze overnight. Pour mixture into a loaf pan and freeze.
  3. Remove from pan. Cut into cubes and serve.
