Chocolate Malt

Ingredients:
- ½ cup chocolate ice cream
- 2 tsp. malt
- 3 tbsp. hot fudge
- 1 cup milk
- 1-2 tsp. espresso syrup, if desired
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- Combine ice cream and malt in blender. Blend in the hot fudge.
- Pour in the milk. Cover blender and mix until smooth.
- Stir in espresso syrup, if desired.
- Pour mixture into tall malt glass. Top with slivered almonds and serve.
- Refrigerate to chill if not serving immediately.
Strawberry Frappé

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup raw cashews
- 1-1/3 cups vanilla-flavored, non-dairy milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- Combine cashews and half the non-dairy milk in blender.
- Slice frozen banana into chunks. Add banana to blender and puree.
- Add strawberry. Puree until smooth.
- Pour mixture into tall glass and serve. Refrigerate to chill if not serving immediately.
Fruity Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 4 oz. soft tofu, drained
- 1 cup strawberries or raspberries
- 1 banana
- 4 oz. strawberry or raspberry yogurt
- 1 tsp. honey
- 4 ice cubes
- Place apple juice, tofu, berries, banana, yogurt and honey in blender. Cover and blend until well mixed.
- Add ice cubes one at a time. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into tall glasses and serve. Refrigerate to chill if not serving immediately.
Baked Apples and Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 1 apple, cored
- 2 tbsp. raisins
- ½ cup light vanilla ice cream
- Cinnamon sugar
- Chopped nuts, optional
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the cored apple in half. Scatter raisins over the top.
- Bake for fifteen minutes. Remove from oven when softened slightly.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar and nuts over the top.
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
Valentine Pizza

Ingredients:
- Crust options: Fresh pizza dough (homemade or store bought), ready-made pizza crust, English muffin halves or tortillas
- Tomato sauce
- Your choice of toppings
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Cut or shape the crust into a heart or flower shape.
- Spread tomato sauce over the top.
- Let each child use the toppings to make their own Valentine design. Make a zucchini heart or spell out "I Love You” with mushrooms or green peppers. Leave the design to their own imaginations and taste buds.
- Bake for seven to ten minutes.
