Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 cup oat bran cereal
- 14 ounces ketchup
- 1 cup grape jelly
- 3 - 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- Make meatballs. Combine turkey and cereal and shape into 1 inch balls. Assemble the meatballs the night before Thanksgiving to give yourself a little extra time on Thanksgiving day.
- Mix sauce. In a separate bowl, combine all the other ingredients in a Dutch Oven and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add meatballs.
- Cook meatballs. Cook on medium heat for 30 -40 minutes, uncovered. Serve immediately.

- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Combine ingredients. In a bowl combine all the ingredients except biscuits.
- Shape biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half and roll each half into the shape of a rope.
- Form knot. Tie the ropes together to form a knot and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake. Bake at 450 for 6 to 8 minutes and then brush with parmesan mixture. Serve warm.
Ranch Snack Mix
Ingredients:
- 8 cups Crispix cereal
- 2 1/2 cups small pretzels
- 2 1/2 cups Cheez-It Crackers
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix
