5 Halloween Punch Recipes
Having a punch bowl at your Halloween party can be a fun and creative way to entertain. You won't have to interrupt the fun by stopping to make mixed drinks and you won't need a bartender. All of the following five Halloween punch recipes can be served either with or without alcohol depending on your needs.
Orange Halloween Punch.
- Orange Kool-Aid
- 1 gallon fresh orange juice
- Large bottle Ginger Ale
- Mix the Kool-Aid according to package directions.
- Combine with orange juice and ginger ale. Add vodka, if desired.
Black Halloween Punch.
- Grape Kool-Aid
- Orange Kool-Aid
- Large bottle Ginger Ale
- Combine the grape and orange Kool-Aid, adding the amount of water indicated on package.
- Add bottle of ginger ale. Mix well. You will end up with a murky, unappealing black color punch. (Don't worry, it tastes delicious).
- Add rum or brandy.
Vampire Blood Punch.
- Cranberry juice
- Pineapple juice
- Ginger Ale
- Combine the above ingredients.
- Add rum or champagne for an extra kick.
Green Zombie Punch.
- Lemon-lime Kool-Aid
- Lemon-lime soda
- Green food coloring
- If you don't happen to have green food coloring, this punch will still look greenish, but for a really spooky effect it's best to add the food coloring.
- Vodka or champagne work well with this punch.
Apple Cider Punch.
- Fresh apple cider (not apple juice)
- Cinnamon sticks
- Fresh lemon juice
- Brown sugar
- Coat the rim of each punch glass with lemon juice.
- Make a mixture of cinnamon and brown sugar. Put it on a serving plate.
- Dip the rim into the sugar/cinnamon mixture. (You can set these up before your party.) Now add the apple cider to each glass.
- Serve with a cinnamon stick in each glass.
