- 2 oz. raspberry liquor
- 1 oz. blue Curacao
- Fresh raspberries
- Mint sprigs
- Shake all the ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a small sugar-rimmed glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint sprigs.

- 2/3 oz brandy
- 1 oz cream of mint
- Mint sprigs
- Combine the two ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled glass.

- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- A splash of grenadine
- Cherries
- Pour the vodka and pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled and sugar-rimmed small glass.
- Add a splash of grenadine.
- Garnish with a cherry
Snowman
- 1/2 oz. tequila
- 1/2 oz. rum
- 1/2 o. vodka
- 1/2 cup piña colada mix
- A dash of grenadine
- Mix ingredients in a blender with a cup of ice.
- Blend at high speed
- Pour into a tall glass
Christmas on the Beach
- 1/2 oz. whisky
- 3/4 oz. amaretto
- One cold beer
- Pour the ingredients in the same order into a chilled glass.
- Add ice, if desired.
