Here are 5 low testosterone symptoms that men should be aware of.  While a decrease in testosterone production is a normal part of the aging process, some men find it difficult to recognize and may blame their symptoms on another condition.  In this article, we will help define 5 low testosterone symptoms, helping you to live a fuller and more enjoyable life.

Low sex drive.  One of the most common low testosterone symptoms in men is a low sex drive, or the absence of a sex drive altogether.  If you have suddenly noticed a change in your libido or have completely lost interest in sex, you could be suffering from low testosterone production.  Luckily, there are things you can do to improve this issue.  Speak with your physician about the options available to you.

Erectile dysfunction.  Impotence is the leading sexual problem among men, followed closely by premature ejaculation.  Erectile dysfunction can be devastating for ant man to experience, yet it is a very common symptom of low testosterone.  To find out if your erectile dysfunction is indeed caused by a decrease in testosterone production, speak with your physician.

Reduced muscle mass.  One of the reasons that men are able to bulk up their bodies with muscle definition is because of testosterone production.  Most women cannot achieve the definition men can simply because they are not genetically predisposed to the same chemical balance as men.  On the flip side of this, if a man is not producing an adequate amount of testosterone, he will experience reduced muscle mass. 

Strength reduction.  Muscle mass and strength go hand in hand.  With a decrease is muscle mass caused by low testosterone comes a lower level of strength and agility.  Men that suddenly notice a decrease in either of these abilities can be suffering from low testosterone.

Decreased energy. When a man is in good physical shape and is producing a healthy amount of testosterone, he will feel energized and invigorated.  Thus, when testosterone levels drop, he will feel fatigued, less energetic, and even depressed.
