To make a mashed sweet potato side dish for Thanksgiving, you will need:

  • 6 sweet potatoes
  • 1/2  cup cream, light
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
  1. Steam or boil the sweet potatoes. Remove the skin and mash.
