Urinate as frequently as possible and consume as much water as possible to dilute and drugs that are present in your urine.
  3. Exercise. Exercise helps burn fat and raises your metabolism, which helps get rid of the drugs in your system. The length of time the drugs were consumed and the amount of drugs in your system are factors in whether this will be an effective effort in passing a drug test. Raising your metabolism helps push the drugs out of your system.
  4. Over the Counter options. There are many over the counter drug cleansing kits you can purchase. However, most of the older well known tests are also tested for due to their high sales volume.
