6 Busty Redheads That Look Like Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks

The world has gone crazy for Mad Men’s Christina Hendricks and her bosom buddies! She’s the Disneyland of hot redheads. Hendricks certainly broke the mold but wasn’t by any means the first to do it. In tribute, let’s recognize the other equally talented (and busty) redheads to come well before the TV star.

6. Ann-Margret – Starting with an old school choice, Ann-Margret was one of the first busty redheads on film and TV (Lucy doesn’t count as busty, guys) and maybe the only one to ever sing and dance with Elvis, and still looking foxy to this day! She paved the way for women like Hendricks to not only be appreciated for their healthy looks, but talent too.

5. Cassandra Peterson (aka ELVIRA) – Of course Elvira has jet black hair, but beneath that dark poof beholds an all-natural busty red head. It seems the dark forces aren’t big fans of red hair. Come to think of it, there doesn’t seem to be any red-headed werewolves or Draculas either.

4. Susan Sarandon – Her cameo in 2012’s “That’s My Boy” solidified her busty redhead status which began in 1975 with “Rocky Horror Picture Show” where her character sports a bra only  for 50% of the film (worthy of an Oscar for Best Costume Design).

Marilyn

3. Marilyn Monroe – Most people know Marilyn Monroe as a platinum blonde, but before the fame and fortune she was an all-natural redhead named Norma Jean (you recall the Playboy spread I’m sure) until sometime after 1946.

Laura Prepon2

2. Laura Prepon – On “Mad Men,” Hendricks’ physical beauty is constantly covered up with 1960’s sweaters, scarves and other modest office attire. Laura Prepon’s Donna character from “That 70’s Show” suffers from the same treatment as she constantly wore button down shirts, jerseys and overalls, making the show’s time period authentic. Thankfully, the 70’s were a liberating decade for women and the producers at times allowed us to see that Prepon had more to offer than punch lines. On behalf of men everywhere…thank you.

Jessica Rabbit

1. Jessica Rabbit – Is it cheating to use a cartoon character as the #1 choice? Google Jessica Rabbit cosplay. Enough said. As Hendricks makes it okay for young boys to ogle at their TV sets in 2013, “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” made it okay for boys to ogle this busty redhead in a PG format. And to think, parents thought their kids were grinning at Roger. Let’s pray for a Roger Rabbit sequel where Jessica will turn human and Hendricks’ schedule will be open.
