Ab Workouts Men

If you are a man, then need to know how to do ab workouts for men. These ab workouts will definitely get you a stronger core, which will go a long way in helping out all of your other workouts such as upper and lower body training.

What you will need:

  • A heavy and stationary object to grip
  1. Start with some crunches to warm yourself up. To properly do a crunch for your ab workout, lay flat on your beg with feet on the floor and with your knees bent and up in the air. Now, bend your back up off the floor until your shoulders are almost completely off the floor, this is one. Continue to do this for about 50 reps or more if you can, then move on to the next step of the ab workout.
  2. Now do some regular sit ups for your ab workout. Sit ups will compliment the warmup for your ab workout out that you just did with the crunches. To do a proper sit up, you need to get flat on your back when your knees bent up again just like you did with the crunches. After you are ready, you want to lift your back up until your back is straight up in the air from the floor. So it’s the same as doing the crunches that you just did except that you are going all the way up instead of part of the way.
  3. Finish off your ab workout out with some leg raises. Grab the stationary object while your flat on your back with your legs straight out in front of you. Your hands should be over your hand while gripping the object. If you are having trouble finding an object to grab, try a bed post. Now that you are ready to do them, raise your legs in the air while still gripping the object until they are straight up, and then lower them slowly. You will feel this in your lower abs which means you have gotten a full workout.
