Beef Tenderloin Recipes

While few things are as yummy as a traditional beef tenderloin recipe, most of us don't have the time to spend an hour wating on a roast. These beef tenderloin recipes use tenderloin steaks instead of a rost giving you all of the taste in half the time.
Fabulous Beef Tenderloin
- 1 beef tenderloin roast
- ¾ soy sauce
- ½ cup melted butter
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 and put your roast into a baking pan.
- Now pour the melted butter and soy sauce over the roast.
- Bake in the pre-heated oven for approximately ten minutes the turn the roast.
- Continue cooking and basting for 35-40 minutes.
Savory Beef Tenderloin
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks
- Goya adobo with pepper
- 2tbs butter
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbs parsley
- Season the beef with adobo to taste. Turn your stove to medium- high and heat oil and butter in a large pan and cook steaks until they are well browned.
- Now transfer the meat to a plate and cover it with tin foil to keep it warm.
- Lower the heat on the stove to medium then add the garlic. Cook the garlic for about one minute until it is golden brown.
- Add your parsley and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Cover with garlic mixture and serve.
Mushroom Crusted Beef Tenderloin
- ½ cup softened butter
- 2 tbs dried chives
- 1 tbs dried tarragon
- ½ tsp pureed garlic
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks
- salt and pepper
- 1 package of dried mushrooms
- Mix butter, tarragon, chives and garlic together in a bowl until they are well blended. Place the butter mixture on a long piece of plastic wrap and roll it into a log. Now place the log in the fridge to chill.
- Season the beef tenderloin steaks with salt and pepper. Put one package of dried mushroom into a food processor until it is finely ground.
- Put the powered mushrooms onto a plate and press the steaks into the mushroom powder until they are well coated.
- Put two tablesoons of herb butter into a pan and melt on medium-high. Cook steaks steaks until done.
- Then top each steak with a teaspoon of herb butter before serving.
Beef Tenderloin Asturias
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks
- 1 small minced onion
- 1 tbs paprika
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- ½ cup beef broth
- 4 oz Spanish blue cheese
- 2 tbs chopped parsley
- Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat until it begins to smoke. Then season your steaks with salt and pepper to taste and sear them on both sides.
- Reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking until the steaks are cooked. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
- Add minced onion to the pan and cook for approximately five minutes until the onions are translucent.
- Season with paprika and cook for about one minute.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and stir in dry white wine.
- Simmer until the wine is reduced by half, now stir in beef broth and return to simmer for approx two minutes.
- Stir in crumbled blue cheese and allow it to melt.
- Pour sauce over warm steaks and serve.
Easy Barbecue Beef Tenderloin
- 2 beef tenderloin steaks
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 ts meat tenderizor
- Rub your meat with crushed garlic and olive oil. Sprinkle in a bit of meat tenderizer, cover and let chill for 30 minutes.
- Pre-heat your grill to medium high heat. Now brush the grill grate with a bit of olive oil.
- Put the steaks on the grill, cooking for five to seven minutes on each side until done.
