Belly Fat Cure

Although an effortless, overnight belly fat cure doesn’t exist, there are simple diet changes and exercises you can do to get rid of your unsightly beer belly. Not only does losing belly fat make you look sexier, but it decreases your risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke and even some types of cancer.

To start your belly fat cure, you will need:

  • Diet and Exercise Journal
  • Cardiovascular Equipment
  • Resistance Training Equipment
  • Healthy Foods
  1. Keep a journal. Make a habit of recording each time you consume food or exercise. Seeing that your burger and fries has over 1000 calories will make you less likely to finish it.
  2. Do cardiovascular exercise. Cardio causes your entire body, especially your stomach, to burn fat. If you have access to a gym, use an elliptical trainer, treadmill, aerobic stepper or exercise bike. Or, you can jog, go up and down stairs, jump rope or any other activity that gets your heart pumping.
  3. Do resistance training. Although resistance training isn’t a belly fat cure on its own, it does help you tighten loose skin and burn more calories. Doing sit-ups or crunches will not make your abdominal muscles anymore sexy if they are covered in fat. Always include some cardio with your weight training for maximum results.
  4. Eat fewer calories. To lose belly fat, you must burn off more calories than you consume. Avoid eating calorie-rich foods. Instead, the majority of your diet should consist of fresh vegetables, fruits and lean protein. Fast food should be generally avoided because it is often filled with calories. Even fast food meals marketed as healthy, such as cobb salads, often have over 800 calories.
  5. Replace refined grains with whole grains. Since refined grains are stripped of their nutrients during processing, they are empty carbohydrates. Whole grains make it easier for your body to burn off fat.
  6. Eat the good fats. Monounsaturated fats are believed to prevent the accumulation of fat in your belly. Examples of these good fats include soybeans, nuts, avocadoes or chocolate. Trans fats, on the other hand, cause more fat to collect in your belly. Trans fats are found in cookies, margarines and crackers.
  7. Get more fiber. Eating fiber-rich foods lowers your insulin levels and speeds up the rate your body burns belly fat. Eating more fresh fruits and veggies will ensure you are getting the correct amount of fiber.

TipsL:

Stay motivated. Even if you think your belly fat cure has reached a plateau, still continue following the plan. Your belly fat will eventually melt away.
