Computer to BlackBerry Pearl 8100. To transfer music from your computer to your BlackBerry Pearl 8100, you will need to connect your BlackBerry Pearl 8100 to your computer by using a USB cable. When you purchased your BlackBerry Pearl 8100, it came with a program called BlackBerry Desktop Manager that you should have installed on your computer. Now is the time to launch that program. Once the program opens, double click on Media Manager. On the right pane of the Media Manager, there will be a link that is titled Device Memory. Double click that link and then double click on the ringtones folder. You will then be able to transfer music from the left pane of the Media Manager onto your BlackBerry Pearl 8100, which is in the right pane.
