Bootcamp workouts are all the rage in fitness. Bootcamp workouts help build mucle mass faster and burn fat easily. There is a reason why cops, marines and the army swear by bootcamp training, and the reason is because it will whip your butt into shape faster than any other workout routine or weight loss method. The great thing about bootcamp workouts is that the training always confuses the muscles, so your workouts are never boring. This article will provide you with an overview of why you should consider trying out a workout that is configured after a bootcamp style regimin.

  1. Bootcamp workouts work the entire body with your own body weight. The amazing that about bootcamp style workouts is that you don't need expensive equipment, weights or even a gym to transform your body. Military style workouts usually only use your own body. Exercises such as jumping jacks, squats and pushups are very effective at using your own body weight to build muscle mass.
  2. Workouts that are bootcamp inspired usually have a great cardio workout. Cardio is so important in any workout routine. With bootcamp workouts, you are constantly changing exercises, jumping, jogging or running and switching out techniques. This helps get the heart rate up and keep it up. Bootcamp workouts usually include a cardio session of jogging, jumping jacks or running for a short periods of time. This is called interval training and it's the best cardio workout you can get.
  3. Bootcamp workouts can be fun. It you are tired of the same old routines with jogging, walking and running -- bootcamp workouts are the best alternative. Not only can you switch up routines and keep your workouts fun, but you can also build up much more muscle. You can also burn twice as much fat by simply switching up everyday and using a bootcamp style workout. When you constantly confuse the muscles, it helps make your muscles adapt to the new moves as well as helps burn more fat in a shorter period of time. Yeah, you may be sore -- but you will see results faster.
