- "So Cold". "So Cold" is the last big name Breaking Benjamin song and it is even darker than "The Diary of Jane". It speaks of death and this is evidenced in the title being "So Cold", as in a body that is cold after having died. Be sure to give this song a listen if you are interested in a tune with a creepy vibe.
