Brownies Cake Recipe With Cake Mix

  • 1(18 oz.)package chocolate cake mix
  • ¼ tbs. vanilla extract
  • 1 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3cup milk
  • 1/4cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2cupchopped pecans
  • 1 tbs. cocoa powder (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the cake mix, egg, milk, butter, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  3. Beat with an electric mixer until mixed well.
  4. Add in the chocolate chips and the walnuts.
  5. Batter will be thick.
  6. Test the flavor.Add cocoa powder, if  needed.
  7. Transfer mixture onto a greased and floured baking pan. 
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  9. Let it cool, and cut into squares.

Kahlua Cookies Recipe With Cake Mix

  • 1(18 oz.)box vanillacake mix
  • 1/3cup Kahlua
  • ¼ tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1(6 oz.)package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2cupchopped walnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combinethe cake mix, Kahlua, butter, and the egg in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Beat with an electric mixer until mixed well.
  4. Add in the chocolate chips and the walnuts. Mix well.
  5. Grease a cookie sheet, and drop teaspoons of the cookie dough on it, keep them 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake cookies for about 12 minutes.

Cake Frosting Recipe With Cake Mix

  • 2 cupswhipping cream
  • 1(18 oz.)box yellow butter cake mix
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  1. Put ¾ box of the yellow cake mix in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add in spoonfuls of the whipping cream, mixing with an electric mixer on low speed.
  3. Continue adding more whipping cream, until reaching the consistency you want.
  4. Pour in the vanilla extract.

Note: depending on the size of your cake, you can use more cake mix and more cream. You can also add ½ whipping cream and ½ cream cheese.

Cookie Lollipop Cake Recipe With Cake Mix

  • 1 (18 oz.) package strawberrycake mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 15 or 20 wooden sticks
  • 2 eggs
  • 1container any commercial fluffy white frosting
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Combine the cake mix, oil and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Drop dough tablespoonfuls about 3 inches apart onto a slightly greased cookie sheet.
  4. Insert a wooden stick in the edge of every dough piece until the stick reaches the center.
  5. Bake 10 or 12 minutes.
  6. Allow cookie lollipops to cool completely.
  7. Frost and decorate them as desired.

 Lemon Cookies Reci[e  With Cake Mix 

  • 1(18 oz.)box lemon cake mix
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1 egg
  • juice of onelemon
  • zest of one lemon, grated
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, until well mixed.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on slightly greased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes.
  5. Allow cookies to cool completely on wire racks.
