Chipotle Sauce Recipe
Looking for a chipotle sauce recipe? This traditional chipotle sauce recipe can be made with canned or dried chipotle chiles. These flavorful chiles are ripened, dried jalapenos. Chipotle chiles are known for their incredible, delicious, smokey flavor. If using dried chipotle, open the chile at the stem and shake out the seeds. Tear it into small pieces and fry the chile in a hot frying pan with very little oil. When the chiles become slightly browned, remove them from the heat and use them according to the chipotle sauce recipe below. If using the canned chipotle, slit one side of the chile and open it so it lies flat. Scrape out the seeds and mince it. Please note that chipotle chiles are considered to be very hot.
