Common STD Symptoms In Men

The most common STD symptoms in men are those crucial warning signs that you need to look for to see. All your lecherous and unrestrained, indiscriminate, sexual activity can come back and haunt you in a potentially deadly way. To avoid STD's, just practice abstinence; if you don't have the self-control or religious beliefs to do so, then use condoms or commit yourself to one woman.

  1. Painful Urination. The most common STD symptom in men that you should look for is painful urination. This sensation of painfulness when you are urinating is represented mostly in a burning feeling as you lower your drawers, sit on the toilet and then urinate. Painful urination is common in STDS like gonorrhea, chlamydia and trichomoniasis. If you experience painful urination, then it may be time for you to see a doctor.
  2. Pain While Having Sex. Since sex is supposed to be a pleasurable experience between two people, if you are enduring feelings of physical pain during sex, you likely are suffering from a common STD symptom in men. The feeling of having pain when going through the motions of sex is an STD symptom that is common to trichomoniasis and gonorrhea, too.
  3. Testicular Pain. If your testicles are hurting—regardless of whether you are using them in sex acts or not--then you may have picked up an STD. So if your scrotum hurts, then it may be time to see a doctor with the suspicion that you have an STD pretty high up in your thoughts. STDs like chlamydia feature testicular pain as a common symptom in men because they are infections of your genital tract.
