Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
This delicious homemade cream cheese-frosting recipe is wonderfully creamy, super-easy to make, and spreads smoothly. It’s perfect for any carrot cake, pumpkin bread, or cookies. This cream cheese frosting provides a genuine cream cheese taste, very similar to a cheesecake flavor. It’s not very sweet, which enhances the cheese flavor; but if preferred, you can add more sugar or flavors, (see final note below). It takes only 15 minutes to make, and the result is worth it. You will never buy any cheese frosting from the counter again.Make sure that the butter and cream cheese are softened before starting to work.Check out this recipe and give it a try!
