Deciduous Forest Plants
Deciduous forest plants are all those plants that lose their leaves in a determined part of the year. Generally, the falling of the leaves happens when fall or winter comes. These trees get their leaves back when spring comes. The seasons for the falling will depend on the region. In botany, this process is called abscission. The plants that pass through this process do it because they don’t need any longer their leaves or because they want to get fertilized. Here are four of the most interesting deciduous forest plants.
