What male doesn't want to learn about whether or not male enhancement works? You see all those creams and pill in advertisements on TV and in magazines. But you wonder if they really work or not. For the most part you are probably going to be set up for disappointment, there is a positive twist though.

  1. Stretching things out There is a product out there that claims to stretch your manhood out, making it a natural form of male enhancement. And it appears to work to some degree. Men wear a device for a number of hours in the day and seem to get good results. The apparatus is called the Fastsize Extender Device, but the results are not necessarily permanent. This is a device that is a combination of metal and plastic and gently attaches to you. There is a plastic slot for the head of your penis to go through.
  2. Creams and pills Don't even waste your time with these male enhancement products. It is truly amazing (or maybe not) how many products are on the market claiming to help with male enhancement and aren't going to do a thing but waste your money and potentially be harmful to you. Do you even know what is in the pill or cream claiming to give you male enhancement? You really don't know for sure. There is no medically proven ingredients in these creams, they are all gimmicks.
  3. Accepting your natural size Although a lot of guys feel like male enhancement is the answer to making their package larger, most men have about an average size penis. There could be a one to three inch difference in size, but not a whole lot. And during sexual intimacy, both your girlfriend or wife and you are still going to feel the same pleasure.
