Does Wii Fit work? This is a question being asked by many who want to get fit in the privacy of their own home. The answer to this question is yes and no. From the personal stories of people who were interviewed for this article the results are mixed and it has been determined that it depends on what you are looking for in a Wii fit workout.

For those who said Wii Fit works, they were mostly just beginning an exercise routine. They like the fact that it tracks your progress and it is like having a personal trainer in your living room. The Wii Fit tracks such things as your weight, balance, how long since your last workout, and much more.

Others that said yes and no agreed that it depended on the situation. When there were not able to perform their regular workout routine, the Wii Fit worked nicely as a substitute. The Wii Fit provided them an outlet to keep their exercise schedule in tact when unable to go to the gym or continue with their normal work out.

Veterans to the workout world answered with a resounding no. They all agreed the exercises were much too easy of a workout to be beneficial for them. They said that the exercises were too basic for their more advanced routines.

One important thing to remember is that any exercise is better than no exercise at all. The Wii Fit can help keep your mind motivated and your body moving even if it doesn’t provide the best workout available. Everyone also agreed that the Wii Fit could provide healthy activities for children that are stuck in the house during bad weather or are unable to go outside and run around.
